You can reset your password in one of two ways, depending on whether or not you're logged into the app. If you have any problems with resetting your password, don't hesitate to reach out to us!
I'm logged in.
If you're already logged into the app, and you know your current password, follow these steps:
Go to the My Events page of your app, and tap the button in the top right corner of the screen to access the Settings page.
Tap the Change Password option. On the next page, enter your current password, then enter your new password once, then again to confirm it. Tap Change Password to finalize the change.
You're all set!
I'm not logged in.
If you can't remember your password, follow these steps:
From the login page of the app, tap Sign In.
On the next page, enter the email address that you were invited to the app with, then tap Next.
On the Password page, tap the Forgot Password link.
Finally, enter the email address that you were invited to the app with, then tap Send Password Reset Link.
Check your email inbox for a password reset email from firstname.lastname@example.org. It may take a couple minutes to arrive, and be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you can't find it.
The email contains a link that you'll use to reset your password. Once you complete the reset, return to the app, and enter your new password to log in!
