How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password in one of two ways, depending on whether you're logged in to the app. If you have any problems with resetting your password, don't hesitate to chat with us!

If you're not logged in...

If you aren't logged in to the app and you don't know your current password, follow these instructions:

  1. On the login form, enter the email address you were invited to the event with, then tap Next.

  2. On the Password page, tap the Forgot Password link.

  3. Enter your email address again, then tap Send Password Reset Link.

  4. Check your email inbox for a password reset email from noreply@lead-retrieval.socio-mail.com. It may take a couple of minutes to arrive. Check your junk or spam folder if you can't find it.

  5. Once you complete the reset, return to the app, and enter your new password to log in!

If you're logged in...

If you're already logged in to the app, and you know your current password, tap the section relevant to your device and follow the instructions:

iOS instructions

  1. If you already selected an event in the app, tap the door icon in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap the Settings button in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. On the Settings page, tap Change Password, complete the form, then tap the Change Password button.

You're all set!

Android instructions

  1. If you already selected an event in the app, tap the three-dot () icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tap Switch Event.

  2. Tap the three-dot () icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tap Settings.

  3. On the Settings page, tap Change Password, complete the form, then tap the Change Password button.
